Y=3

x=-4

you have to use substitution. so instead of the equations having two variables, they will now have one.

5-3y=2y-10    after solving for y, plug the answer in any of the equations and you will find x.

X = 5 - 3y
x = 2y - 10

5 - 3y = 2y - 10
<u>  + 3y + 3y        </u>
       5 = 5y - 10
  <u>+ 10        + 10</u>
     <u>15</u> = <u>5y</u>
      5      5
       3 = y
x = 2y - 10
x = 2(3) - 10
x = 6 - 10
x = -4
(x, y) = (-4, 3)

Makovka662 [10]
For a binomial distribution over n trials and with success probability p, the mean \mu and standard deviation \sigma ar such that

\begin{cases}\mu=np\\\sigma=\sqrt{np(1-p)}\end{cases}

6=\sqrt{np(1-p)}\implies np-np^2=36
54=np\implies54-54p=36\implies p=\dfrac13
54=\dfrac n3\implies n=162

nataly862011 [7]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

The two triangles already have 2 congruent sides, and the only missing thing to see is that they both share the same side with one another. This automatically makes them congruent.
