False.  Since it is a sole proprietorship, it is the owner who is liable for the actions of the business.  Since he owns it, he has to oversee all aspects of it.  Decisions are made by the owner.  He has no partners so responsibility falls on him or her.

This is "freewriting" - the practice of just writing, without worrying about how it sounds like, or the grammar and spelling.

Freewriting is good when one wants to collect the ideas, but might be blocked while writing, always checking the spelling - and forgetting what one wanted to write. It is very good for collecting information or preparing a  first draft of the text.

german

The bureaucratic culture has an internal focus and consistency and works well in a(n): stable environment.

A formal organisational structure defined by its members' shared attitudes, values, beliefs, orientations, and sentiments is known as a bureaucratic culture. For a stable environment, the bureaucratic culture has an internal focus and a consistent orientation. A distinct hierarchy, specialisation, a division of labour, and a system of written rules, or standard operating procedures, are the four main characteristics of bureaucracies. America's bureaucracy helps the government-run efficiently by carrying out three main tasks. Large enterprises, the military, and government organisations are typical examples of bureaucracy. Each of these organisations has a codified decision-making process, written rules and regulations, a hierarchical organisational structure, and a division of work.
