Predict how you feel time, place, weather, and colors will play a key role in setting the Dystopian tone in 1984.

Setting and tone/mood can be seen to go hand in hand, so to speak.  For instance, a scene of a story or poem that takes place in a field of flower on a bright and sunny day would contribute to a tone of happiness.  That said, the time _1984_ occurs is in the future for the characters of the novel.  The place is London, and the weather and color are, respectively, dreary and gray.   Because the future can never be known for sure, this uncertainty contributes to the dystopian tone.   Likewise, when one thinks about the miserable nature for people that would be caused by a dystopian society, bright and sunny are not what one might generally think.   Setting in _1984_ contributes to the tone of dystopia because when one pictures what a dystopia might look like, smoggy, foggy, and gray are probably what come to mind.

Can someone write this in their own words:
zepelin [54]

Answer:

The clinic's investment by the game reserve has the potential to change the rural South African community depicted in the film. For the city, the game reserve is a significant source of revenue. The money from the reserve helps the community by allowing for the construction of infrastructure including schools and child-care centers. These activities, in turn, create jobs.

A workforce and human resources are needed for the game reserve and the schools. However, because of the HIV outbreak and inadequate sanitation, the rural population is vulnerable to deadly diseases. The game reserve will cultivate its human resources and extend life expectancy in the region by investing in a mobile clinic and providing free medical care to those in the community. People will work, be active, and contribute to community growth if they are safe and trained. The game reserve will spur economic development by shielding the workforce from death and disease.
