Answer:

A lease for a period of 24 months.

Explanation:

A court refers to an enclosed space such as a hall or chamber where legal practitioners (judges, lawyers or attorneys and a jury) converge to hold judicial proceedings. Legal practitioners are saddled with the legal responsibility of listening to evidence and give a verdict about legal cases.

A lease for a period of 24 months must be in writing between the lessor (landlord) and the lessee (tenant) to be enforceable by a competent court of law.

Hence, the landlord of a property has the right by law to receive agreed upon rent and to evict tenants when their rent expires.

How do the system of checks and balances work ? ( at least two checks /balances for each brand , with real-world example/current
tekilochka [14]

Answer:

The system of checks and balances work by ensuring no single branch of government has more power than the other. An example of this would be that  the Judicial branch vetoes executive orders. Another example is the executive branch vetoing legislative branch.  Some examples of real-world examples, the legislative branch impeached President Donald Trump. This is a example of check's and balances because the legislative branch is ensuring that the executive branch doesn't overpower the other branches. Another check's and balacnes is that the supreme court is nominated by the president confirmed by the legislative branch.

How frequently do you think corruption and misconduct occur in policing? Why?
Anna71 [15]

Answer:

Depends on what people think this is an opinionated question but here is what I thinks:

Explanation:

Not very often; as of 2020 with the murder of George Floyd people are way more decisive on police officers and how they do there job. This does not happen often. Up to many times of people saying corruption and police brutality there has been proof of someone handeling a gun, not co-operating, or being a threat. Im not saying it does ot happen but we need to look deeper than what we see and think.
