In coping with the challenge of entering a team, <u>objective thinkers</u> are individuals who act in a passive, reflective, and even single-minded manner while struggling with the fit between individual goals and group directions. Objective thinkers are individuals whose reasoning are independent of any subjective context and are not influenced by personal characteristics and opinions of the object of consideration. In an organization, objective thinkers are often single minded as their opinions sometimes does not fit with the opinions or goals of the team in which they belong.
Although the war began with Nazi Germany's attack on Poland in September 1939, the United States did not enter the war until after the Japanese bombed the American fleet in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, on December 7, 1941.
