Day-to-day tasks can quickly become difficult with poor aerobic capacity. 
Your body will fatigue much quicker because of the lack of oxygen able to circulate through your muscles. 
Things such as running, swimming, and rock climbing will become difficult. However, so will things as simple as cleaning the house, walking the dog, and playing with your children.
