atural events?
A. "After having given them large quantities of goods as presents, and everything necessary for their comfort, he set sail for France, promising to meet them again, at the same place, after the 12th moon."
B. "He now presented the great medicine bag to Nanamakee, and told him that he 'cheerfully resigned it to him, it is the soul of our nation, it has never yet been disgraced and I will expect you to keep it unsullied.'"
C. 'You have all witnessed the power that has been given me by the Great Spirit, in making that fire, and all that I now ask is that these, my two chiefs, may never let it go out
D. All were satisfied when they found that the Great Spirit had done what they had suspected was the work of Nanamakee, he being a very shrewd young man."

The answer is C.The sentence beginning you have witnessed the power that has been given by me...makes it clear. A supernatural explanation is provided by saying that a Great Spirit has given something to a person.A fire can be initiated in different ways, as rubbing two pieces of stone or using wood from a tree. This act is not a supernatural one though it is depicted as being so.

Both Elizabeth Barrett Browning’s “Sonnet 14” and Pablo Neruda’s ‘Sonnet 17” discuss love in terms of negatives—things that are
Blizzard [7]
Both poems present love as a feeling that should not cling to anything temporary or transient. They try to tell us what love is by telling us what it shouldn't be. Browning introduces the following negatives: smile, look, gentle manners, the need for comfort. She points out that these things may pass, and wants to be loved for love's sake, as love is eternal. For Neruda, on the other hand, love is something he can't describe by likening it to particular, specific, well-known things or feelings. It is indescribable and unknowable, and therefore indefinite.
