the answer is character vs self character.He becomes a different person, completely different.He has to choose whether one version or the other will be in control.The problem is that he created a version of himself that does not do any good and has become a menance to all around.He could be proud about his creation if he thinks about a breakthrough.However, he cannot be happy he gave birth to a destructor.
