<em>First and Foremost, listen to POC (people of color). Racism is very much alive and thriving, so listening to Hispanic, Black, Asian, Native, etc. voices can give you insight into what it's like and can help you understand their point of views. You can always educate yourself by listening to what POC have to say</em>
<em>If you want an example, check out the BLM movement on any social media! Constantly, resources are being updated with ways you can educate yourself (movies, books, conversations) and ways you can help out the cause (donating, donating without spending money, peaceful protesting). Right now we're living during history. By educating yourself on the movement and on current events, you can help decrease racism amongst you, your family and friends, and community. </em>
