Start by drawing a line AB, then half way the line, label C, which is the midpoint. Continue to follow the instruction until all labels are in place.
We know that line DC = 16, that means line AD also 16
Line AE = ED = 8
Line EF = FD = 4
Line FG = GD = 2
Line DB = 16+32 = 48
Line DH = 48/2 = 24
Line GH = 2+24 = 26
