Answer:

The correct answers here are, A: His reestablishment of slavery and C: The lack of equal rights for women.

Explanation:

The reason for these two answers comes from first, the principles that formed the basis of the Enlightment movement (18th century mostly), and how Napoleon I (1804-1814 and then for a short period in 1815), decided to rule his newly established French Empire after he took power in France after the French Revolution. The Enlighment movement firmly believed that it was necessary for a break between the old religious and monarchical traditions, and also believed in liberty, progress, toleration, fraternity, constitutional government and separation of church and state. As a whole, Napoleon did follow the Enlightment principles, and he, as well as other monarchs, became known as an Enlightened despot. But among the principles of Enlightment that Napoleon did not apply were: the principle of liberty and the principle of equality, especially when it came to education. In the first case, Napoleon accepted and adopted slavery, which went against the principle of liberty, and in the second case, Napoleon revolutionized the education system in France and most of Europe, but it applied to males, not females.

What can we do to interrupt hate when we see it before it gets so powerful that it leads to widespread harm of a particular popu
katrin [286]

Answer:

Explanation:

Hate is a worldwide problem, it is not isolated to a single geographic region. Because of this, it is nearly impossible to exterminate hate, but there are things that can be done to interrupt it. For starters, join forces with others and speak up. Many hate crimes (not all) occur because people allow them to happen by not standing up for the victims that are being targeted. Another thing that can be done is to teach love and acceptance. Humans are not born with hate in their hearts, they are taught to hate. Teaching love and acceptance to children would have a chain effect worldwide that will drastically reduce the number of hate crimes worldwide.

Paraphin [41]
The correct answer is A) Americans opposed the brutal tactics of the Spanish.

The Cuban revolt against the Spanish empire was bound to happen after over a century of mistreatment to the natives of Cuba by the Spanish government. Thanks to the use of yellow journalism, a popular writing style during this era, many Americans opposed Spanish rule in Cuba and favored America intervening to help the Cubans gain independence from Spain.
