To add fractions and subtract fractions, you need to find a common denominator that both numbers will go into.  To multiply, you don't change anything but you can simply the fraction by cross multiplying which is to see if numbers that are diagonal from each other go into each other.

A triangle has one angle that measure 45 and one that measure 60. What is the measure of the third angle?
Natali5045456 [20]

Answer:

The measure of the third angle is 75 degrees.

Step-by-step explanation:

We know that the total angles of a triangle must equal 180 degrees. If we know two of the angles, we must add them together, then subtract them from 180. 45 + 60 = 105, 180 - 105 = 75. The measure of the third angle is 75 degrees.

The measure of an angle is seventeen times the measure of its complementary angle. What is the measure of each angle?
Mama L [17]

Answer:

5, 85

Step-by-step explanation:

Complementary angles add to 90 degrees

Let x = 1st angle

17x is the 2nd angle

x+17x = 90

18x = 90

Divide each side by 18

18x/18 = 90/18

x = 5

The first angle is 5

second angle is 18*5= 85
