Being properly hydrated can help reduce the risk of injury.
a. True
b. False
Bingel [31]
Based on my background knowledge I think it's false because of the fact that being hydrated reduces heat exhaustion, thirst and more! I don't think that it reduces the risk of injury though. Instead, you can reduce the risk of injury by doing simple things like drinking milk so you have strength and when you do get injured, your body will heal faster because milk makes your bones strong! And you can do things like wearing a helmet!

I hope this helps:)

How many calories should you consume daily?

NEEDS TO BE GOOD EXPLANATION :D
OleMash [197]
Recommended calorie intake depends on factors such as age, size, height, sex, lifestyle, and overall general health. Recommended daily calorie intakes in the US are around 2,500 for men and 2,000 for women. But also do remember everything in moderation because if you have a healthy lifestyle then you should be ok if you eat more calories than recommended sometimes.
Hopes this helps :)
