Anyone guarding a detainee needs to expect two things which are:

 • A potentially hostile working conditions and
 • The possibility of violence.

According to the global security, a guard needs to expect a potentially hostile working conditions as he or she guards the detainee.

Further Explanation

Hostility is dangerous, and certain protective measure must be put in place. This is what the guarding working condition entails. Absence of these protective measures has resulted in harm. There have been reports of murder cases in the US and in other parts of the world.

Take for example, in the US, Fazliddin Kurbanov, a 36-year old man attempted to kill a prison warden with the warden's prison knife. After he failed, he was added more 20 years imprisonment. The prison warden suffered a myriad of serious injuries as a result the fight with Fazlidinn.

The warden defended himself from a potential attack. Guards must be readily prepared for the guarding working conditions and all it needs.

Another thing to look at is the possibility of violence. The detainee will most likely not remain subservient to the hold of the guard due to some factors such as:

 • Poor prison management,
 • Hard drug usage,
 • Gang-related activity,
 • And a predisposition for violence in certain individuals.

Expect them to harm or harass their Captors or disrupt detention operations.

Further Explanation:-

Guarding detainees can be a tough task and if you are guarding a prison where most wanted criminals or detainees are kept then guarding them can sure be a heck of a task. These detainees often try to disrupt the operations related to detention such as daily operations of the prison and the person who is on the duty of guarding those detainees should expect that these detainees may try to harm or harass their captures.

Strict protocols has to be followed in order to maintain the safety as well as security of detainees and there should be no compromise with regards to the safety of guards and the number of guards who will guard those detainees are appointed by their supervisor or a person who is on a higher authority to appoint those guards. It is the responsibility of the guards to look after the health of detainees and that includes providing proper nutrition on a daily basis to those detainees.

What arguments did the US government use to justify building railroads despite the damage to native cultures? How did such damag
andrew-mc [135]

Explanation:

I believe they used the phrase "Manifest Destiny." In other words, they believed that it was their destiny to have the land and to build upon it.

The damage outweighed the benefits to the American people because it meant they got to "have more." In other words, more money.

The government could have made an agreement with the natives and possibly allowed them to continue living on the land, perhaps, that would have caused less wars or battles in the end.
