Graphs have multiple columns. If you have a description, let's say 5 gold crayons, 4 black crayons, and 9 blue crayons. You draw a graph, and then you write 1-10 on the long side, and gold, black, and blue on the other side. You color in 5 units going up on the gold column, 4 units going up on the black column, and 9 going up on the blue column. And there you go, a description of a graph! Not that great, but I tried my best. :)
