Tina is more likely to be guided by an internalized set of principles universally recognized as just and right.

There are three levels of moral development; pre-conventional, conventional and post-conventional. Pre-conventional (level 1) is the level in which people are egocentric and only cares about receiving external rewards and avoiding punishment. At the conventional level (level 2),  individuals conform to obey to rules set by society and try to behave according to the society expectations of good behavior.<u> At the post-conventional level (level 3), people are guided by an internalized set of principles that are right and just.  People, like Tina, at the postconventional level may go against society rules and expectations if these violate this set of values and principles they believe in.     </u>

The correlation between high intelligence and leadership is a. unimportant; leaders do not need to be smart, just extraverted. b
Mars2501 [29]

According to the research studies, the correlation between high intelligence and leadership is "<u>moderate; having a leader who is smarter, but not too smart, works best."</u>

This is because the research studies conducted revealed that leaders with a higher IQ to 120 have positive outcomes when it comes to leadership effectiveness.

However, from the IQ of 120 and above, the positive outcomes in leadership effectiveness regress gradually as the IQ of leaders increases from 120.

Hence, in this case, it is concluded that the correct answer is option C. "moderate; having a leader who is smarter, but not too smart, works best."
