Answer:

If I were to run an Indian boarding school like the Carlisle Indian School, the motto of the school would be "Save culture, grow together".

Explanation:

If I were to run an Indian boarding school like the Carlisle Indian School, the motto of the school would be "Save culture, grow together". The main focus of the school would be imparting education while celebrating diverse culture and heritage of mankind. Unlike most schools, the school that I run would not focus on modernizing the students but would provide the students a sense of pride of their own culture.

The classes would consists of several subjects such as basic mathematics and science along with other important subjects such as social sciences, history and cultural studies. There would be no provision for any indoctrination in the school and such practices shall not be tolerated. The school would be a haven for learning and celebrating the diversity of mankind.

The school would overall provide a safe place for students to explore and expand their potentials and capabilities without any authoritative force. The students would be given equal opportunity to learn about any subject without any discrimination or distinction.

What do you think changed between 1896 and 1954 for Brown v. Board of Education to overturn Plessy
Afina-wow [57]

Answer: in 1896, segregation was viewed as perfectly constitutional and unproblematic as whites wished to be separate from African Americans. Yet during the period of time between 1896 and 1954 the evils of segregation where exposed as the separate accommodations for minorities provided by the white governments in southern states under Jim Crow we’re almost never equal in quality to the ones reserved for whites which is why the Supreme Court overturned plessy by ruling in Brown V Board that everyone regardless of race deserved equal protection under the law according to the 14th amendment
