100% - 20% = 80% so the basketball is on sale for 80% of the original price so 24.95 x 0.80 = 19.96 ( sale price)

Sports Expert:
   100% - 25% = 75%
 so the basketball is on sale for 75% of the original price 25.80 x 0.75 = 19.35 (sale price)

19.35 is less than 19.96 so the better deal is from Sports Expert
