The answer is      p(x) =  25x - 50
profit = total selling price- cost
x = number of bowls he must sell to make a profit
if he sell 1 bowl he will make a lost
                2 bowls even up
thus he must sells 3 bowls or more to make a profit

NemiM [27]

Answer:

55,98,27

Step-by-step explanation:

To solve for the angles we must first find y with this equation

3y+5+2y-7=153

We can simplify this

5y-2=153

153+2=155

155/5=31

y=31

We now know y and can plug it into the angles

<A=2y-7

2(31)-7

62-7

55

<A=55

<B=3y+5

3(31)+5

93+5

98

<B=98

Now time for the last angle

Since angle BCA and DCB are next to each other they add up to 180

153+x=180

180-153=27

x=27

<BCA=27

To draw a line segment perpendicular to XY passing through point x
Andrew [12]
What does perpendicular mean? Well, in elementary geometry it mean 2 lines that intersect at a right angle. (90°).

So for Part one. all you need to do is draw a straight line down from the point X. Name the end point of that line M.

Now you will connect the line M and Z.

Thats it! I hope this helped!! :)

Mika can eat 21 hot dogs in 6 minutes. She wants to know how many minutes (m) it would take her to eat
kipiarov [429]

Answer:

The answer is 10 minutes.

Step-by-step explanation:

First, convert the known amount of time to a fraction.

6/21 (min over hot dogs).

Set up a proportion.

6/21 = m/35 (m being the number of minutes)

Cross multiply.

210 = 21m

Solve for m. (divide each side by 21)

m = 10

I hope this helps! :)
