I think the statement that says <span>"she was american, just as much as she was korean"

This statement meant that she had embraced the American culture as much as she is she is she was born with her Korean Heritage. I think her the author wanted us to understand how Ji Suk had adapted to her environment.

Answer:

"she <em>was</em> American, just as much as she was Korean, and even though her mother wouldn't have wanted her to do it, starting the food truck was ji-suk's way of honoring her mother and showing that she valued what her mother had taught her."

"she'd become a lawyer, just like her mother wanted, but she'd also learned to love burnt end barbecue, a local culinary favorite."

Explanation:

They make the most sense out of the answers, and they both explain the theme of wanting to embrace new cultural influences rather than old traditions passed on through generations.

Note that these may not be the answers since I am not 100% sure, but I have a strong feeling they are the correct answers.

Dr. jablonski does not work alone in a linear process. who are some people in her commununity of scientists?

What is linear process ?

A complex, circular workflow for handling "packages" of content that the ILS and current workflows could not support eventually supplanted the linear process of choosing, ordering, billing, receiving, and renewing subscriptions on a title-by-title basis. It soon became apparent that managing ejournals was simply more difficult than managing print serials. In her comparison of the print and electronic serials workflows at the MIT Libraries, Ellen Duranceau (1998: 90), for instance, said that the digital world is cyclical, employs high-level employees almost exclusively, and is utterly unstandardized. At practically every stage, cooperation, collaboration, and teamwork are necessary. There are potentially non-library staff members involved, and there are more than twice as many players.

It's evening and we're mentally replaying the day's events. We picture our facial expressions as we listened to a friend's tale
kenny6666 [7]

Because we were unable to see these expressions at the time, our recall illustrates memory construction.

<h3><u>Explanation:</u></h3>

Memory construction is the formulation of new memories and it is sometimes argued not to be as reliable since people tend to add new information that may have not occurred in the first place. Adding new events during memory retrieval can change or distort what we believe we remember about the past and there is a possibility that this might lead to distortion and inaccuracies.

Inaccuracies can be caused by exposure to misleading information such as imagined events or uncertainties about particular occurrences. For example when a witness of a crime isn’t sure whether the vehicle was a truck or an SUV.
