d) option is correct

Explanation:

The unfertilized egg contains various organelles and a liquid solution that fills the cell which is called the cytoplasm

Within that cytoplasm are various molecules containing genetic information or chemicals to spark various reactions, called cytoplasmic determinants

Some are different kinds of proteins, most are molecules of RNA and these determinants are unevenly distributed across the egg and then, once it's fertilized, the zygote

Once this zygote undergoes cleavage division, all of these random determinants that were in the same cell are suddenly in different blastomere cells, which means that these blastomeres each contain a different assortment of molecules

Sergio [31]

The name of an organism that is used in general conversation is called the Binomial name.

What is binomial name?

Binomial nomenclature, also known as binominal nomenclature or binary nomenclature, is a formal system of naming species of living things by giving each a name composed of two parts, both of which use Latin grammatical forms, though they can also be based on words from other languages. It is also known as the "two-term naming system" or "binomial nomenclature." A name of this type is referred to as a Latin name, a binomial name (which is also abbreviated to just "binomial"), a binomen, a binominal name, or another type of scientific name.

The generic name, which makes up the first part of the name, indicates the genus to which the species belongs, while the specific name, also known as a specific epithet, identifies the species within the genus. For instance, the species Homo sapiens and the genus Homo both contain contemporary humans.

________ is(are) present in both plant and animal cells. cellular respiration cell walls cell membranes cellular breathing
makvit [3.9K]
I think the correct answer would be the third option. Cell membranes are present in both plant and animal cells. Both cells are eukaryotic cells so that they both contain membrane-bound organelles like the mitochondria, nucleus, lysosomes and the endoplasmic reticulum. Also, Both cells have the same processes for reproduction including mitosis and meiosis. For plant cells, additional structures can be found namely the chloroplasts, vacuoles and the cell wall. Another difference of the two would be the size. Animal cells are smaller than plant cells. Animal cells would have sizes ranging from 10 to 30 micrometers while the plant cells would be 10 to 100 micrometers.
