Hi there!

Great question! A number line can be used to round numbers to the nearest ten, hundred, even thousand because the numbers on the line can be closer to a ten or hundred. If you don't understand what I mean, check out the attached file!

It should help you with number lines.

Hope that helps!
    Message me if you need anything else! I'd be happy to help you! :D

If you round 148 to the nearest 10 it would be 150.
put the 100's 10's and 1's
100's=1
10's=40
1's=8
you're going to the 10's so base yourself on the one's 5 or above give it a shove. 8 is above 5 so it it turns to a 10. 140+10=150

Elena-2011 [213]

Answer:

The percentage of overdue accounts are held by customers in the "risky credit" category is 62.5%

Step-by-step explanation:

Customers in the "risky" category (25% of total accounts) allow their accounts to go overdue 50% of the time on average.

That means that on average, 12.5% of total accounts is overdue.

0.25*0.50 = 0.125

In the "good credit" category only 10% goes overdue. That means 7,5% of total accounts goes overdue in this category.

0.75*0.10=0.075

The total accounts that go overdue is 0.125+0.075 = 0.200.

The percentage of overdue accounts held by customers in the "risky credit" category is:

0.125/0.200 = 0.625 or 62.5%

For right triangle , triangle rst shown below, what is tan r
-Dominant- [34]

You know, it would really be helpful if we could have a peek at
the picture that's "shown below".  Just a peek would be enough.
Right now, the only thing I see below is my dog.

Now ... follow me here ... if you're looking for tan(r), then 'r' is
one of the angles in the triangle, and I'm guessing that all three
of those letters are angles.

tan(r)  is going to be the ratio of two of the sides ... I mean

                             (one side) divided by (another side).

There's no way to go any farther, because you haven't given us
any names for the sides, or any way to describe them.

Betcha the names of the sides are on that picture that's supposed
to be shown below.
