Answer:  C. Government should not interfere with business practices.

Further detail:

The terminology of "laissez-faire" has been used in economics since the 18th century Enlightenment era.  "Laissez-faire" is French for "let do."  You can think of it as letting the economy do its own thing, without governments trying to interfere with it or control it.  This was an idea promoted by the Physiocrats in 18th century France.  They called themselves "Physiocrats" (those who believed in "rule by nature") because they thought trade and commerce should be allowed to proceed naturally.

The Scottish philosopher Adam Smith picked up on this idea also and promoted a capitalist economy in opposition to what he called a "mercantilist" economy where governments gave monopolies to certain merchants and tried to control business affairs.

An airplane flies 3080 km from Houston to New York in 4 hours what is the speed of the airplane
Lorico [155]

Answer:

The speed of the airplane is approximately 770 km/h (214 m/s).

Explanation:

Speed = \frac{distance}{time}

Distance = 3080 km

Time = 4 hours

speed = \frac{3080}{4}

           = 770

speed = 770 km/h

The speed of the airplane is 770 km/h.

OR

Distance = 3080 km

But,

1 000 m = 1 km

3080 km = 3080000 m

distance = 3080000 m

Time = 4 hours

60 seconds = 1 minute

60 minutes = 1 hour

Thus, 4 hours = 60 x 60 x 4

                       = 14400 seconds

Therefore,

speed = \frac{3080000}{14400}

           = 213.8889

speed ≅ 214 m/s

The speed of the airplane is approximately 214 m/s.

20 points will make brainliest which role did isolation play in world war ||
My name is Ann [436]

Answer:

Isolationism refers to America's longstanding reluctance to become involved in European alliances and wars. Isolationists held the view that America's perspective on the world was different from that of European societies and that America could advance the cause of freedom and democracy by means other than war.

American isolationism did not mean disengagement from the world stage. Isolationists were not averse to the idea that the United States should be a world player and even further its territorial, ideological and economic interests, particularly in the Western Hemisphere.
