<em>Field workers: also known as field staffers. their role is  liaison between the local influentials such as interest group leaders and prominent community activists and the campaign.</em>

<em>The legal department: refers to  legal practice area involving  the intersection of law and politics. </em>

<em>Political law  composes of voting rights law,campaign finance law election law, constitutional law, open government laws, legislative procedure, laws governing lobbying and lobbyists, legislative and executive branch ethics codes.</em>

The campaign manager is the one who coordinates a political campaign in operations like fundraising, polling, advertising, supporting, getting more votes and the like. 
The field workers are generally tasked with running local "storefront" campaign offices as well as organizing phone banks and staging locations for canvasses and other campaign events.
The legal department makes sure that the campaign is in compliance with the law and files the appropriate forms with government<span> authorities. </span>

The difference of opinion on slavery caused many uprisings. Northerners wanted slavery to end, while the South wanted to keep their slaves. The split thoughts of people in both regions led to the departure of states to make their own country. While this happened, attacks were set upon others, causing the Civil War to commence.
