Keeping tabs on your exercise and eating habits can drastically change your lifestyle and for the better. When you have a journal you feel more motivated and in the end, you will not only eat healthier and exercise more often/vigorously, but you feel better. 
So basically it keeps you motivated because you keep all of your physical data in one place.

I believe soccer is an aerobic exercise because your very reliant on air constantly jogging and sprinting. while anaerobic is a short lasting high intensity exercise not really reliant on oxygen.  <span />
