Carbohydrates are made from the process of photosynthesis by green plants by use on energy from sunlight. They have various functions in the ecosystem by plants an animals. The two main function of carbohydrates are; carbohydrates as a source of energy for cellular activities. They are reserves and stored in form of starch in plants and inform of glycogen in animals. They also act as structural components in both plants and animals such as cellulose which is a components of plant cells.

Answer:

Explanation:

The ecosystem encompasses biological organisms in relation with their physical environment. Carbohydrates are one of the four major biomolecules on earth. They are organic molecules composed of carbon, oxygen and hydrogen in their structure. Carbohydrates perform varying functions for the biotic components of the ecosystem. Two of them includes; 1) Serves as energy source for living organisms 2) An important component of other structures in living cells.

All living organisms require energy for their life processes. This energy is obtained by breaking down food ingested by the organism. The ingested food by plants and animals are stored as stated and glycogen respectively, which are both carbohydrates. These two forms are later converted to a simple carbohydrate called glucose, where it is used in the process of CELLULAR RESPIRATION to yield energy in form of ATP for the organism.

Also, Carbohydrates are major components of the genetic material possessed by all living organisms. Living organisms store their genetic information as genetic materials in form of DNA or RNA, which are both nucleic acids. The carbohydrate components of these nucleic acids is present in their building blocks called NUCLEOTIDE. A nuceleotide consists of ribose (RNA) or deoxyribose (DNA), which are both carbohydrates containing five carbons, as one of its three components.

Alexandra [31]

The ecological model relies upon ecological assessment to gather information about the child's behaviour and expectations relative to the child's ecosystems in which the child functions.

  • Ecological assessments are a kind of assessment used with students with special needs to see how they perform in different settings.  check the various particularities of special education, and find out how ecological assessments help students with special needs and what is an Individualized Education Program
  • An ecological assessment may be a comprehensive process in which data is collected about how a child functions in different environments or settings. Sometimes, students eligible for education perform or behave well in some environments but have difficulty in others. for instance , at school, a student could also be calm during class time but is always upset in the cafeteria.
  • A child's behaviour was normal during math and science class but could act very inappropriately during language and art. Other children even have social phobia , which is an irrational, persistent fear of visiting school. These children seem fine reception but consistently become anxious, depressed, or scared whenever they have to go to school.

What is Respiration?
diamong [38]
  • Biology Definition: Respiration is a chemical reaction that happens in all living cells. (Both plant cells and animal cells). Respiration is the way that energy is released from glucose so that all the other chemical processes needed for life can happen.

  • Normal definition: The action of breathing, also called ventilation.

HI~ I hope this helps

(these answers were hand-written meaning I did not copy and paste so, feel free to use the answers freely)

1.

When ecosystems change rapidly the fundamental environmental cycles such as the circulation of water, carbon and nutrients can change as ecosystems depend on them. The usage of factors such as freshwater, carbon dioxide emissions and fertilizer provides a large benefit to humas therefore meaning, that large and rapid changes to an ecosystem could also effect the things we as humans rely on.

2.

Complex organic matter is broken down by decomposers into carbon dioxide, water etc. The ecosystem is affected based upon the fact that the decomposition of organic matter that is produced by plants, animals and soil organisms is an important process which affects the different important ecosystem processes like nutrient cycling and carbon sequestration.

3. (could have two answers- I recommend the second)

Adaptation- due to the mutation process which results in changes in the structure and function of organisms, these ecosystems would be different as well as unique. The organisms which possesses the traits needed to adapt could then survive as its unique characteristics due to mutation would provide a strong ability

Rise in temperature- If the temperature located on earth was to rise, organisms would have a higher living rate as bacterial life flourishes in warmer temperatures and dies out in colder ones.

4.

~The rapid change of increased food production provides better life sustainability to those living in the ecosystem.

~The rapid change in a large increasing number of organisms could be helpful as they often live of off one another.

5.

~Rapid growth of things such as phytoplankton which cause dead zones are harmful to the ecosystem. Dead zones create zones where too much oxygen is consumed resulting in areas where plants and sea life can no longer survive.

~Whereas the rapid increase of organisms could also be harmful to an ecosystem as the possibility of the organism outnumbering the food sources could become prominent.

Do prokaryote And eukaryotes and viruses have liquid cytoplasm
Nat2105 [25]
<span>Yes, both prokaryotes and eukaryotes have liquid cytoplasm in their construction. To the best of my knowledge, AT LEAST MOST viruses do as well, if not all. However, their cell structures are relatively primitive and their cytoplasm is viscous and granular.</span>
