The six components of skill related are:

1. Agility is the ability to instantly move and change directions. An example of Agility is tennis

2. Balance is the ability to maintain a given posture in stationary or moving situations. An example of balance is dance, gymnastics etc.

3.  Coordination is, to use two or more body parts simultaneously. An example of coordination is basketball, bow and arrow.

4. Power is the ability to use maximum strength; this component is a mixture of speed and strength. An example of power is smashing in badminton, football, volleyball, baseball

5. Reaction time is the time taken for the body to react to a certain action. An example of reaction time is smashing in sprint starter in swimming

6. Speed is the amount of time take to perform a specific action. An example of speed is 100 meters sprint, cyclist, and swimmers
