In this question, you know that the machine packs \frac{2}{3} of a box every \frac{1}{2} of a minute. Since it is constant, you simply have to double the half a minute to a full minute and then also double the rate to get \frac{4}{3} boxes packed per minute. And \frac{4}{3} is equal to 1\frac{1}{3}
