Answer:

Limiting lean hamburger

Explanation:

Lean hamburgers are used as a substitute for normal hamburgers so as to reduce the harmful substances in the normal hamburgers. These include things like fat and other substances, but most importantly sodium. Since there is already low levels of sodium in lean hamburgers, limiting them would not make much of a difference.

If you eat foods that are high in sodium, the amount you consume will either not change or increase. You must eat more fruits and vegetables to lower your sodium intake.

What is social distancing? Why is the social distance guideline 6 feet and not some other number? Why not 3 feet or 9 feet?
4vir4ik [10]

Answer:

Social distancing is the practice of increasing the space between individuals and decreasing the frequency of contact to reduce the risk of spreading a disease (ideally to maintain at least 6 feet between all individuals, even those who are asymptomatic). Social distancing strategies can be applied on an individual level (e.g., avoiding physical contact), a group level (e.g., canceling group activities where individuals will be in close contact), and an operational level (e.g., rearranging chairs in the dining hall to increase distance between them).

Why is learning good sportsmanship in physical education a good life skill(how can you apply these qualities in other areas of y
VLD [36.1K]

Answer:

Being able to accept that you won't always win is important in all aspects of life. If you can acknowledge in gym class that you won't always win and you are able to have a good attitude about it, then you are able to apply it to other areas in life. For example, having a job as an adult may require you to work with others and instead of trying to finish a report first having good sportsmanship will allow you to work with others better.
