C.From the age 1 1/2 to the age of 3 1/2

Hope this is correct I did a lot of research

Explanation:

At 1 years old they start to walk unless they are late bloomers at 2 they start to talk more at 3 they are more clear in words and know how to tell their parents that they need to go the bathroom at 4 well they can start preschool than there it is.

My experience is with my 3 year old brother... at 1 he started to crawl, at 2 he learned a bunch of animal names and learned the abc's and he learned the numbers up to 10 and he knew how to walk(late bloomer) than at 3 he is potty trained. Hope this helps

What are at least two characteristics (possibly called 'advantages') for Deaf children born to Deaf parents?
Otrada [13]

Answer:

A and B

Explanation:

Deaf people are the people that are classified as being hearing impaired. This means that , they are in physiological condition of not hearing. That is they can't hear any sound at all.

In this instance , when a deaf child is being given birth to by Deaf parents, it will have access to his/her solution, this is because , the parents have pass through the stages that might be difficult to the child and have the solution at hand. So , the parent will guide the child by teaching him/her from the basics, since they are of the same type. This will be done by making all the necessary things needed to be available for him/her.

Therefore, having access to everything the child needs, will make every stage of his/her career or development easier and faster.
