Ken seems to have a feeling extroverted personality. A person with an extrovert personality is likely to be a person who is outgoing and friendly, the person is likely to be energized and happy around with other people rather than an introvert who is opposite of an extrovert. It could be seen in the scenario above as Ken tend to be more friendly and outgoing around people.
