aproximately 51.99. Multiply 64.99 by .8 to get this

So first you multiple the price of the item which is $64.99 times .2
You multiple it by .2 because you have to take the discount amount which is 20% and move the decimal over two places to the left

(64.99)(.2)=12.99 this answer is how much of a discount you get

with that answer you are going to take the original number $64.99-12.99= $52

so your swimsuit will cost $52

stira [4]

Answer:

I think these are the right answers. The answer to one is 32. The answer to two is 38.

1: 2[18-(5+3^2)/7]

2[18-(5+9)/7]

2[18-14/7]

2[18-2]

2 times 16 = 32

2: I used a calculator for this one.

What are the x- and y- coordinates of point E, which partitions the directed line segment from J to K into a ratio of 1:4?
Aleks [24]

The x- and y- coordinates of point E, which partitions the directed line segment from J to K into a ratio of 1:4 is (17, 11)

Midpoint of coordinate points

The midpoint of a line is the point that bisects or divides the line into two equal parts

If the line JK is partitioned into the ratio 1:4 with the following coordinates

J(-15, -5) and K(25, 15)

Using the expression below;

M(x, y) =[mx1+nx2/m+n, my1+ny2/m+n]

Substitute the ratio and the coordinates

M(x, y) =[1(-15)+4(25)/4+1, 1(-5)+4(15)/1+4]

M(x, y) = [(85)/5, 55/5]

M(x, y) = (17, 11)

Hence the x- and y- coordinates of point E, which partitions the directed line segment from J to K into a ratio of 1:4 is ((17, 11)
