According to Virginia Woolf, the two main reasons for difficulty in developing a professional identity for women are the expectations of society and the expectations of self. In other words, if it is generally thought that women belonged in the home then that is a negative factor which makes it difficult for women to become a professional. On the other hand, if a woman has a low self-esteem then it will be harder for her to improve herself and obtain a professional status. I believe these two factors are still in existence today but now the expectations of women has improved somewhat to believe that they can fulfil a successful role as a professional and not just be a child-rearer ie that she can now do both with the assistance of her husband who must take on more of the household chores to give her the time and peace of mind to develop herself professionally.

mixas84 [53]

Answer:An internal customer

Explanation:

An internal customer refers to someone who may request for help within the organisation he works for in order to accomplish their own task or job responsibilities or their own personal needs like Matthew.

What Are Examples of Internal Customers?

Internal customer is a person who is an employee within that company or have some relationships that allows them to interact with the company on daily basis in their role.

For example Mathew here works as an accountant in this mobile shop and Peter is in the sales department but it is still the same company that Peter is referring him to consider buying his mobile , so Mathew buying in the company he works for makes him an internal customer.

nignag [31]

I believe the correct answer is: prior knowledge.

Cognitive theories are the studies of mental processes such as attention, language use, memory, perception, problem solving, creativity, and thinking, which is why they most strongly emphasize the principles of prior knowledge. The most influential scientist in area of cognitive theories was Jean Piaget who stated that babies are born with memory of the prenatal period and have primitive intelligence. This two facts are very important base (prior knowledge) for later learning which he divided in four stages: Sensorimotor stage, Preoperational stage, Concrete operational stage and Formal operational stage.
