For number 1, you subtract the error from the estimated mass ( 342-325 = 17)
Then divide the result by the estimated mass multiplied by 100 to find the percentage ( 17/325 *100 = 5.23)

The percent error is 5.23 %

yes they are proportional. the angles are all the same, just made smaller. (i cant remember the word) if you were to make them the same size, they would be congruent.
