An apothecary was a person preparing, advising on and giving medicine. This would be the equivalent to a pharmacist today (but pharmacist is called "chemist" in British English..., but chemist has also other meaning, so pharmacist is probably a better option)

Answer:

There are two options here as answer: Pharmacist.

Explanation:

The activity of apothecary has been known to exist in the world since ancient Babylon, around 2600 BCE and their job was to administer medical services through the use and manipulation of herbal substances and plants to treat different ailments. Aside from this, they could also act as medical advisers, as they were considered the healers of ancient times. Later on, the knowledge acquired by apothecaries, the study of plants and herbal medicine became precursors to the birth of pharmacology and chemistry. In modern times, there are some parts of the world where apothecaries are still known, and they are retail pharmacists who own such stores. Although the direct descendant of the activity of apothecaries, is pharmacology, it is important to understand that in other parts of the world, as Britain, pharmacologists and pharmacists are known as chemists.

Answer:

The answer is a sense of inferiority.

Explanation:

According to Erikson's structure of psychosocial development, Daryl is probably at stage four, called Industry vs. Inferiority. During this stage, which appears around age five, children will have the chance to prove their competencies: learning to write, do basic math and develop artistic talent.

When the children's effort is encouraged, they will probably achieve a sense of industry (competency). Failure to do this might result in a sense of inferiority.

elena-14-01-66 [18.8K]

Individuals who are more acculturated and have lived in the united states for a longer period of time are more likely to refer to themselves by their familiar country of origin as well as "American".

Acculturation is the "process of learning and incorporating the values, beliefs, language, customs, and mannerisms of the new country immigrants and their families are living in," including actions that have an impact on one's health, like dietary choices, physical activity levels, and substance use.

The term "process of acculturation" describes the socialization process that foreign-born people go through in order to adopt the norms, values, attitudes, and actions of the larger host culture. Numerous alterations in psychological and physical well-being, as well as alterations in daily behaviour, have all been connected to this process.

Acculturation can be viewed as second-culture learning, whereas enculturation is the term used to describe the process of first-culture learning.
