The correct answer is C) It represented the states as equals.

The New Jersey Plan was an idea developed by William Patterson during the era of the Constitutional Convention. This meeting was originally supposed to focus on fixing the Articles of Confederation. However, it was decided that this would not be plausible and that the US would create a new constitution.

One of the issues at hand would be each states representative in the legislative branch. This is important because the legislative branch will make laws that the entire country follows. With this in mind, small state like New Jersey wanted the New Jersey Plan to be implemented because this means each state would have one representative in Congress regardless of its states population. However, larger states fought this from being implemented, as they felt that a states population should be represented in the amount of elected officials they have in the legislative branch.

Answer: UNFAIR

Alright, so you know that the Treaty of Versailles was a 1919 peace-treaty between several countries created after World War I. Most of its terms were specifically thrown at Germany, with the Allies punishing Germany in a way that they would never start a war again.

As a result of the Treaty, the German people were absolutely furious. They resented the Allies more than anything else, and felt that they were being punished unfairly. Germany was a major wreck after the Great War, and these terms made the country's conditions even worse. In fact, it was the Treaty of Versailles that made people like Hitler rise up to glory. He used the Germans' anger and resent of the Allies to gain more power, and eventually the German people would give in, leading to World War II.
