The correct answer is 38.

An amendment to the Constitution is a correction or an improvement to the original version of the document. The procedures of amending are stated in Article 5. So far, 27 Amendments have been approved.

To become part of the Constitution, an Amendment must be ratified after two-thirds of the House and Senate approve it, and it is then sent to the states for a vote.

Three-fourths of the states must affirm the proposed Amendment, which means 38 states of the present 50.

The other method of passing an Amendment is by Constitutional Convention, the Amendments must again be approved by three-fourths of the states.

Family influences are not directly related to purchasing decisions.

a)True

b)False
denis23 [38]

Answer:

b) False

Explanation:

This statement is false one because while making a decision there are numerous factors involved, for example:

Initiator: The person who after processing some information about a product, watching an ad etc, initiates the task of buying it.

Influencer: Person who influence the initiator further processing.

Decider: Person who decides that the particular products should be bought.

Purchaser: Person who actually go to the market and purchase that product.

User: Person who actually use that product.

In above all of the described roles, it could be one single person who perform all the tasks, or it could be 2 to 5 different persons involved and each one performing the separate role. So, there are 5 roles involved in an actual buying process, here family role comes that it is obvious that much roles are involved, any single role can be performed by any of his or her family member, therefore, family influence is there in a purchase decision, somehow or other.

Do you do work on the outside world when you rub your hands together to warm them? What is the efficiency of this activity?
const2013 [10]

The correct answer would be, No, very little work on outside world.

Very little work on outside world when you rub your hands together to warm them.

Explanation:

When you rub your hands together to warm them up, a friction is created which helps in generating heat within the hands, and in this way the hands are kept warm.

When you rub your hands, the heath goes and disappears within your body, and a very little part of the heat goes into the environment. So this rubbing has a little work on outside world.

As far as the efficiency of this process is concerned, It is very high, as the heat generates and remains within the human body after rubbing and a very little goes on outside world.

"Conflict never brings development." Justify the statement.
Orlov [11]

Its true

It will never bring development because you will never have an agreement. You need to have the same purpose so you can work together and have some progress. But it can also be wrong because what if you have two teams working on different projects? Your teams have a disagreement, but both are developing different solutions to the same problem. Still developing but with a different idea. It all depends on your perspective.
