Satire was a form of writing in which the author would exaggerate and ridicule the society in order to prove a point which was that things needed to be changed for the better.     Satire was a form of writing in which the author would exaggerate and ridicule the society in order to prove a point which was that things needed to be changed for the better. Renaissance writers used it because they understood the problems that came from the absolute monarchies and the  hurch governing everything and they wanted to help people understand this too. While the authors or performers use humor, their main objective is not to make people laugh. It is instead used to provide social criticism on human behavior and issues of the day. During the Renaissance, many playwrights used humor and satire in their writing either to mock other writers or situations that were found in other plays or in real life. William Shakespeare often used his writing in clever ways to mock the society around him.

The lever on a lighting control console that simultaneously dims all the channels from one cut to the next is a crossfader.

A crossfader can be defined as a control on a DJ mixer that allows the mixes to be created, so nowadays is a very basic tool.

The crossfaders became common in the '70s when they were used by the DJ to make mixes.

Answer: 1. The plant that Mama keeps near the apartment’s sole window is barely surviving because it lacks adequate nourishment. Sound like anyone else we know? Yet she is completely dedicated to the plant and lovingly tends it every single day in the hopes that it will one day be able to flourish. Gosh. Sound like her behavior towards anyone else? This is by far the play’s most overt symbol; the plant acts as a metaphor for the family.

2. Hansberry writes about sunlight and how the old apartment has so little of it. The first thing Ruth asks about in Act Two, Scene One is whether or not the new house will have a lot of sunlight. Sunlight is a familiar symbol for hope and life, since all human life depends on warmth and energy from the sun.
