She should have kept communications with the patient private and within the facility.  She infringed on the Patent’s Right to privacy.  This is because patient’s confidentiality must be protected by all those who are part of health services.  That is why it should not be discussed on the phone.  Only the doctor should examine the results and give the recommendations based on the findings.

How is the target heart rate zone related to the MHR?
Lera25 [3.4K]

For moderate-intensity physical activity, a person's target heart rate should be 50 to 70% of his or her maximum heart rate. ... For example, for a 50-year-old person, the estimated maximum age-related heart rate would be calculated as 220 – 50 years = 170 beats per minute (bpm).

Brainlest would be appreciated, have a great day.

Carlos has a family history of premature heart disease and stroke. To lower his risk of cardiovascular disease, Carlos should:__
PIT_PIT [208]

Answer: C. Stop Cigarette Smoking

Explanation:

Cigarette smoking is a risk factor for cardiovascular diseases and stroke and for the fact that there is a family history of heart disease and stroke, it means that smoking cigarettes is going to raise the possibility of coming down with heart diseases and stroke therefore cessation of cigarette smoking will be key in lowering his risk of coming down with those diseases.

As regards other options, increase in fat intake is a direct risk factor for atherosclerosis which can lead to heart diseases and stroke.

Taking medication that can increase his blood pressure will be entirely negative to his health and increased intake of vitamin k really has nothing to do with health conditions in question

Bill is a 45-year-old bachelor who eats a grab-and-go breakfast, eats all of his lunches out, and has takeout or "something easy
LenKa [72]

Answer:

Bill should avoid out-eating meals and start eating better.

Explanation:

1)What foods did Bill eat yesterday that were high insodium?

Bill went to a grab-and-go breakfast restaurant, these restaurants have their manu based on procesed meat, such as sausages, non-natural egg, cheesse, which are all high in sodium.

What foods were relatively low in sodium? all kind of vegatables are low on sodium.

What are better choices for him when eating out? His best choice of restaurants when he has no option but to eat out are the restaurants that manage healthy food, that have a salads options menu, they are not necessarily light or non-fulled, some of them mix their salads whith a lot of good flavour ingredients.

How can he lower his sodium intake while relying on "something easy" when he prepares fod at home? Hecan always choose eegs without the bud, cooked vegetables, which are really easy to prepare, and any dish that he likes just without adding extra salt.

2) Knowing that potassium may help blunt the effect of a high-sodium intake on blood pressure, what foods would you recommend he add to his diet that would increase his potassium intake?

The bananas are a great potassium source, he can have them as snacks, also the orange and the melons.

3) In overweight people, weight loss helps lower high blood pressure. Bill is "a little heavey". What changes/substitutions could help him lose weight?

First of all, the alimentation. There is known that at least 70% of weight loss is mainly about the food and only 30% the exercise. So, making a change in that aspect would really repercuse on Bill´s weight.

He can change his snacks for some healthier such as fruits, reduce his out-eating meals, try to eat some more vegetables. And also, add some exercise, even if its half hour a day of walking, it really would make the difference.
