let \gcd(a,b)= G , $a\ge b$

$\therefore a=G\cdot m$ and $b=G\cdot n$

$a-b=Gm-Gn=G(m-n)$

Now, $\gcd(a-b,b)$ clearly is, $G$

Answer:

69.5

Step-by-step explanation:

Formula = 1/2 ( b1 + b2)h

base 1 + base 2 = 220

7645 x 2 = 14000 + 1200 + 80 + 10 = 15290

15290 / 220 =  764.5

H = 69.5

Lets check

1/2(220 x 69.5)

1/2(15290) = 7645

Dan saved twice as much as Brett. Maria saved $60 more than Brett. If they saved $600 altogether, how much did Maria save?
givi [52]
Setting it up, we have Dan + Bret + Maria all saving 600.00
Dan = 2B
Bret = B
Maria = B+60

2B + B + B + 60 = 600
4B = 540
B = 135

Dan = 2(135) = 270
Brett = 135
Maria = 135 + 60 = 195
