How does exercise affect the nerve system

Health
1 answer:
Bezzdna [24]4 years ago

The immediate effects of exercise are on the neurotransmitters. They cause the signals that pass through the brain go faster. This makes it easier for you to learn new things. Since exercise makes muscles stronger, cells are created in the process and it increases the number of pathways for oxygen and other things. That makes your reflexes and your nerves faster. Different types of exercises also increase your cognitive learning.

Hope this helps :)

What factors may contribute to aging?
Vladimir [108]

Answer:

The factor that contributes to aging is: A Cells stop dividing after 50 divisions.

Explanation:

 • Normally after 40 to 50 divisions the cells stops dividing because they had already lost too much DNA for other divisions.
 • So they eventually die, making the appearance like an aged person in any individual.
 • As DNA is copied in every cell division process, they tend to loose small part of telomeres in each transfer process.
 • Hence, after 50 divisions these cells fails to divide resulting in aging.

The sensory division of the nervous system carries nerve impulses from Group of answer choices
inessss [21]

Answer:

D) the sensory receptors to the CNS.

Explanation:

Sensory division of nervous system is also called as afferent division. It has nerves that come from sensory receptors present in internal organs and somatic areas ( eyes, ears, skin etc. ) and these nerves send impulse to CNS. CNS gets information on what is happening with the body via these impulses. It can detect various senses like touch, hearing, sight etc.

In contrast motor or efferent division of nervous system conducts impulse from CNS to effector body parts which decide how the body responds to a stimulus.
