Substitute the values in order to get the intercept (b)
y = mx + b
5 = 5/4 * 4 + b
5 = 5 + b
b = 0

So given the m = 5/4, b = 0
y = mx + b
y = 5/4x+ 0

Converting it to Standard Form
y = 5/4x + 0
5/4x - y = 0 (multiply both sides by 4)
5x - 4y = 0

So the Standard form is 5x - 4y = 0
