Substituting the given x values in f(x) the  values of f(x) are
3(-3) - 4 =  -13 then -7,  -4, 2 and  11

for g(x) they are

(-3)^2 - 2 =  7 then  -1, -2, 2 and 23

As you see from the values above f(x) = g(x)  for x = 2
