e, I have something at hand to check myself with, and say, why am I troubled? It was but the other day that if I had had the world, I would have given it for my freedom, or to have been a servant to a Christian. I have learned to look beyond present and smaller troubles, and to be quieted under them. As Moses said, "Stand still and see the salvation of the Lord" (Exodus 14.13).

What are examples of imagery in the Egypt Game?
yulyashka [42]
.

We don't get a ton of illustration of Egypt itself, or of the altars that the kids set up—but there are plenty of illustrations of the kids performing rituals, or of April in her fancy-shmancy get-up, fake eyelashes

Like the hieroglyphics that the kids in The Egypt Game create, the drawings in the book add to the richness of the story. They don't show everything—just enough to get the ball rolling and give the readers a starting point for their imaginations to take off.

I hope this helps:)
