The Office of War Information was a government agency which was created during the Second World War with the purpose to serve as an intermediary between the battlefront and the civilian communities.
The industry was heavily supported by the media industry due to the nature of this business. Numerous messages were sent through this communication channel starting from its creation 1942 to 1945.
