Answer:

Adenosine triphosphate, also known as ATP, is a molecule that carries energy within cells. It is the main energy currency of the cell, and it is an end product of the processes of photophosphorylation (adding a phosphate group to a molecule using energy from light), cellular respiration, and fermentation.

It is made up of the molecule adenosine (which itself is made up of adenine and a ribose sugar) and three phosphate groups. It is soluble in water and has a high energy content due to having two phosphoanhydride bonds connecting the three phosphate groups

Its main function is to store energy within the cell. ... ATP hydrolysis is an exotermic reaction, releasing energy which is used by the cell.sphate groups.

Answer:

Adenosine Triphosphate. Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) is considered by biologists to be the energy currency of life. It is the high-energy molecule that stores the energy we need to do just about everything we do.

Science definitions for atp

Short for adenosine triphosphate. An organic compound, C10H16N5O13P3, that is composed of adenosine and three phosphate groups. It serves as a source of energy for many metabolic processes. ATP releases energy when it is broken down into ADP by hydrolysis during cell metabolism.

Gelneren [198K]

Answer:

The correct option is d) mammals

Explanation:

Studies made by scientists have shown that mammals are nor able to evolve fast enough as compared to other groups of animals. As a result, mammals tend to become more extinct as compared to organisms of the groups. Many mass extinctions of mammal organisms have been recorded over the past 400 years. The mammalian organisms possess little biodiversity in them as compared to organisms of the other phyla.

krok68 [10]

Physical differences in beaks of birds would develop as a result of different environmental changes.

What is Evolution?

This is described as the process in which heritable characteristics are changed in species over successive generations. This occurs as a result of natural selection in which the traits suitable for survival are passed to the offspring.

This is usually as a result of a change in the environmental factors which ensures that the organisms are able to adapt so as not to die out and go extinct in this type of scenario.
