D. Native Americans were the ones who suffered the most because of the Manifest Destiny.
According to the Manifest Destiny, America was destined to spread its territories all over the continent, taking even those lands which didn't really belong to them. This endangered Native Americans and their lands, which were forcefully being taken from them due to this 'destiny.'
