Answer:

Discounted price per share = $23.545

Discounted total payment = $1,177,250,000

Explanation:

The value of the shares are price into number of shares = 25*50 million =

$1,250,000,000, however the bankers are charging underwriting fees of 5.82 % which means that the discounted price that the bankers are willing to pay for the shares are (1-0.0582)*1,250,000,000= 1,177,250,000

So the total amount of money they will be willing to pay will be $1,177,250,000

In order to calculate the discounted price per stock we will divide the total money by number of stocks so , 1,177,250,000/50 million= $23.545

Cigarette smokers are very loyal buyers of cigarettes. Even if prices of cigarettes rise, they will typically continue to buy th
Amanda [17]

Answer:

a. mostly cigarette buyers.

Explanation:

The law of demand states an inverse relationship between quantity demanded of a good and it's price, keeping other factors affecting demand as constant.

Price elasticity of demand refers to the degree of responsiveness of quantity demanded to a change in price.

Alcohol and cigarettes are exceptions to the law of demand since in their case, the factor of addiction presides which outweighs rational decision making.

Thus, price elasticity of demand of cigarettes is inelastic. So a marginally higher price charged for cigarettes will not reduce their consumption.

A new tax on cigarettes would raise their prices. The manufacturers, to cover such taxes and maintain the same margin as before would further raise the prices of cigarettes further.

Thus, the tax burden would be shifted to the consumers and hence majorly borne by them.

Introductions can be conducted in the same way regardless of employer's cultural background. True False
Viktor [21]

In my opinion, introductions can be made by a persons background in general, for example, lets say that there is someone that applies for a job at your business and your business gives people their own personal work vehicle and the person applying for the job has many tickets on their record for speeding. I don't think id want someone like that working for me, nonetheless, when it comes to cultural background as into worshiping any sort of religion, as long as it doesn't interfere with work relations, Id say...

True Introductions should be conducted the same way regardless on someones cultural background.
