Answer:

depends on what your definition of WILD is. it is illegal, i believe, to harbor animals from outside without a permit. if you are a sanctuary then yes, but only to help them heal and then get released back into the wild. it is unhealthy for an animal to be kept inside when it has lived its life outside.
