Why do other people’s accomplishments make me feel like total garbage? I’m trying to be happy for them but it really just makes

me think of how little I’ve got going on and I just hate it

Sweetheart don’t think about what other people got that you don’t have and want if you want something set small goals for your self and gradually make them big goal and start making small plans and doing things you want to accomplish and don’t be insecure because some has something you don’t if you work hard and keep trying and never giving up there’s no reason for you to not get what you want in the end

Answer: Don't let other people's accomplishments bring you down. There special in there own way and so are you. Just because they did something cool it doesn't make them any better than you are. Maybe try complimenting yourself for things you do that make you feel accomplished. And if there is nothing that you do that makes you feel accomplished which I can only bet there is, do things that make you feel good about yourself. Also please don't feel like garbage, YOU ARE NOT.
